Covered faults include stones falling out due to setting defects and abnormal plating failure such as peeling or flaking. Normal wear, friction wear, scratches, and tarnish caused by improper storage are not covered. See the full policy for category-specific coverage and exclusions.

AVENYS covers return and reshipping for approved warranty claims. We repair covered faults where possible, or arrange a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, store credit is based on the amount originally paid after discounts and vouchers. Repaired work or a replacement is covered for the remaining original warranty or 30 days after receipt, whichever is longer.

Jewelry includes one complimentary size exchange within 7 days of delivery or collection, subject to availability. Items must be unworn and in saleable condition with original packaging and tags. Capri size or strap exchanges depend on the alternative available. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons; rights for faulty items remain protected. Bespoke resizing is complimentary where technically possible.
